1. About Us
DFW Pet Waste Solutions is a registered DBA of Ellis Marketing of Texas LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide residential dog-waste removal services in Rockwall, Rowlett, Forney, and Royse City, Texas. By scheduling or receiving service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide weekly residential dog-waste removal on a month-to-month basis. Services include removal of dog waste from your yard, photo proof of completed visits, and a completion notification. Services do not include removal of other types of waste, deep cleaning of decks or surfaces, or any indoor services.
3. Pricing & Billing
Weekly plans start at $25/week for one dog. Households with five or more dogs require a custom quote before service begins. All pricing is disclosed at signup. Founding customers receive their first week of service at no charge — applied automatically at signup. Billing is month-to-month; no long-term contracts are required.
4. Cancellation & Pausing
You may cancel or pause service at any time by contacting us before your next billing cycle. Paused billing resumes when you restart service. We do not collect cancellation fees. No refunds are issued for partial weeks already scheduled unless service was not rendered.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a completed visit, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean any missed areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to one re-service per visit and does not apply if access to the yard was restricted at the time of the original visit.
6. Yard Access
You are responsible for ensuring our technician has safe, unobstructed access to your yard on your scheduled service day. This includes providing gate codes, unlocking gates, and securing aggressive or off-leash dogs before arrival. If we cannot safely access your yard, we will attempt to reach you and may skip that visit without a refund.
7. Liability
We are licensed and insured. Our liability for any property damage caused during service is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of $500 per incident, subject to our insurance carrier's determination. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for incidents caused by unrestrained animals on your property. We are not liable for any personal injury to residents or guests that occurs outside of our direct negligence.
8. No Payment Collected On This Website
This website does not collect payment. All payment processing occurs through our third-party service scheduling platform. By proceeding to the signup link, you agree to that platform's terms as well.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active customers of material changes via the contact information on file.
